All works are carefully packaged with recycled foam or bubble padding, and sandwiched between cardboard.
Orders are shipped within 7 days.
If the artwork is exhibiting during the time of sale, the artwork will not be delivered to the buyer until after the closing date of the exhibition and deinstallation is complete. Specific time of delivery will be arranged outside of this agreement.

Buyer is responsible for insurance in transit and under their ownership.
The artwork is certified to be free of all defects due to faulty craftsmanship or faulty materials for a period of 12 months from date of sale. If a flaw(s) appears during this time, all repairs must be made by Emma Balder or an authorized conservator. The Buyer of the work agrees not to intentionally destroy, alter, modify, or change the work in any way.

In paying the full amount listed, the buyer is purchasing the right to the physical piece of artwork and understands that Emma Balder will retain the full copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork. By paying the amount listed, The Buyer agrees to these terms.
